What we're about
This is a group for anyone interested in walking and running for lifelong fitness. All levels are welcome! I started this group because it's my business but more importantly because I love to help people achieve goals they never thought possible whether it's walking or running your first 5K or marathon. Walking and running are a great way to lose/maintain weight and meet new people. Looking forward to connecting with more like minded people ;)
