Journey to the Sacred Garden

In this meetup we will take a visit to the sacred garden. This is a Huna traditional journey and is a place of self empowerment as well as psychological, emotional and spiritual rejuvenation and restoration. It is a place to meet our spirit allies and the forces of nature and is a portal to our deepest selves. Once there, we learn through direct experience that the garden can be used as a place of counsel, insight and deep transformation.

To participate in this class it is not necessary to have had previous Shamanic Journey experience. This meetup group is for people interested in exploring the Shamanic Arts and who would like to participate in building a community of people invested in taking personal responsibility in healing themselves, their community and our beautiful planet.

The class will be taught by Alan Waugh, who has practiced Shamanism since 1997. He has a healing practice in the SF Bay area and is a well respected healer, ceremonialist and teacher of Shamanism and Reiki.
