Not having control of a situation can result in frustration and anxiety. We may feel helpless and without hope. We may become apathetic, thinking our contribution does not matter. It might stir up anger, or self rightousness. All which we know, at a deeper level, are in effective.

What does it mean to be in control, and can we ever truly be 100% in control?

In this meeting we will discuss what it takes to be in control of our own thoughts and actions. We will explore the lessons we have learned from the desire to be in control and how that has shaped who we are today.
