Magic awaits with the Malliway Bros!
Witches, wizards, sorcerers, warlocks, enchanters, and magic-makers of all kinds will find community and fun at the Witches' Conclave. We offer workshops and rituals focusing on various aspects of witchcraft with an emphasis on being operative and results-oriented. Practitioners of all skill levels are welcome to attend our meetings, whether you're a fresh witchling just starting off or have been working the weird ways of witchcraft for ages.
We provide inclusive rituals for the phases of the moon and open celebrations for the witch's sabbats. Our classes focus on a wide spectrum of traditional and operative magic, drawing inspiration from our time in the wilds of England's west country.
The Conclave often gathers at our witch shop, Malliway Bros, located at 1407 W Morse Avenue, in the bustling Roger's Park neighborhood of Chicago.
THE WITCHES' CONCLAVE CODE OF CONDUCT
No matter our paths, what spirits we work with, or what forces we conjure, at the Witches' Conclave let's gather in peace. We are here to learn and to spread our magic and in order to do this, there are a few guidelines to follow:
-No photography or recordings of others without their permission.
-Respect other's privacy if they do not wish to share personal information, social media, email, phone numbers, addresses, or spend time outside of the Conclave.
-Do not use the Conclave as a dating pool.
-Do not solicit other members for business or money during events.
-Do not come to or become intoxicated during any classes or rituals. Drinking alcohol is accepted during social events but if it gets out of control, you will be escorted from the event. Repeated offences will result in a ban.
-Any kind of discrimination against another is prohibited. Intentional discrimination will result in a ban.
-Physical or sexual harassment will result in a ban.

Malliway's Academy: Spirit of the Witch Course II
Malliway Bros. Spells, Charms, & Potions, 1407 W Morse Ave, Chicago, IL, USTickets for this class can be purchased on eventbrite or in the shop. There will only be a certain amount of tickets available so that the each class has more room for personal attention. Because these classes are a four-part course, it is best to attend each one or you will not be able to work through all of the class activities.
Full class course tickets can be purchased HERE for $120.Welcome to Malliway's Academy of the Broken Road! If you are serious in your explorations of magic and wish to wear the witch's mantle, then these courses will help give you a solid foundation, essential skills, and hands-on practice to develop your bewitching array. Alongside our standalone classes on different magical subjects, our Malliway's Academy courses will include a curriculum of four classes, each building on the next to find your own way on the Broken Road of witchcraft. Homework will be assigned for each class and those who attend each one will be given a diploma to prove their hard work!
In the Spirit of the Witch, we will learn all about energy and its uses in magic. This will include how to perceive, harness, and employ these forces, as well as where they come from and how different forms of magic use them. For our purposes, we will be focusing on the different facets of our own spirits as the lens through which we understand these powers.
This second class will focus on our perceptive abilities including how to recognize energies and hone psychic skills. We will work several exercises for practicing the "clairs", as well as learning to interact with spiritual energy.

See you there!Let's explore some beings of the faerie world. There are many kinds of faeries, both fearsome and fair, who have been noted over time. In this class, we will take a look into folklore surrounding the fae who are most kind and beneficial to mankind. We will discuss different species, preferences, and morals among them as well as how humans can work with these magical beings. Our workings will include methods of trade and partnership with the faeries.

As we gather now, we will call forth the powers of the new moon on this night. As opposed to our ecstatic full moon rituals of revelry, the new moon will be a time of solemn reverence to call upon what has been lost from the infernal depths of our history. This will be used attain forgotten aspects, reunite old ties, communicate with beloved spirits, and so on. Come to this ritual with that which you wish to regain in mind.

Come, and let's conjure some power and dedicate it unto our gods: This meetup is intended for practicing solitary witches who are interested in exploring structured group work. Unlike other rituals offered through Malliway Bros, which cover a broad range of practical magical techniques, these gatherings focus specifically on helping practitioners integrate their personal, solitary practices into a collective setting. They also offer an opportunity for witches to deepen and refine their spiritual path as it relates to the Craft.
This gathering, facilitated by Blake, is open to all who identify as witches, regardless of experience level. In working through these classes, participants will ideally have developed or further refined their personal spirituality as it relates to the practice of witchcraft. At the conclusion of our thirteen moons, it is my goal that you will have the skill set to either move forward to form your own circle or continue on to develop your own practice using the methods we’ve learned throughout the year.
