The Adventure Bus Company

No Car, No Problem! Have a seat on our Adventure Bus, relax and enjoy the ride. Welcome to The Adventure Bus Company, where we specialize in affordable Day Trips. We offer two types of Adventure Bus Trips; Outdoor Active Trips and Sight-Seeing Scenic Trips.

Our bus is a well maintained converted School type bus w/ bucket seats, air conditioning and a washroom for our longer trips.

1. Outdoor Adventure-Bus Trips: Includes Activities such as; Hiking, Snowshoeing, Kayaking, Canoeing, SUP, HorseBack Riding, Tandem Hang-Gliding & Skydiving, Camping ... for people who wish to include the outdoors in their lives.

2. Sight-Seeing Adventure-Bus Trips: Includes Activities such as; Niagara-On-The-Lake, St. Jacobs & it's Market, Wine-Tasting, Visits to Conservatories such as the indoor Butterfly Gardens and indoor Tropical Bird Pavilions, Botanical Gardens, Lavender Scenting, Chocolate Tasting, Cheese Sampling, Boat Cruises ...for people who wish to add some adventure into their lives.

Plus, some of our Adventure Bus Day Trips are a combo of both of the above! For example, our WaterFalls Hikes, and Algonquin Park Moose Viewing Day Trips where we spend the day in Algonquin Provincial Park, spotting moose, plus going to the amazing Visitor Centre and doing two short hikes along the wonderful trails.

Hop aboard our Adventure Bus here in Toronto and join us as we explore four of Ontario’s beautiful waterfalls! Only 1 hour from Toronto and we’ll spend the day exploring what some call “The Waterfall Capital of the World”. We will check out 4 gorgeous waterfalls; Tiffany Falls, Sherman Falls, Lower Little Falls and the most spectacular of them all The Devils Punch Bowl! There’s something extra special about a waterfall. These dazzling feats of nature are picture proof of the amazement of what nature has to offer. Join us as we hike up close and enjoy simply being in the presence of such majestic beauty. For anyone seeking an adventure to a waterfall, here are four epic waterfalls for you to enjoy on our Spring, Hamilton Waterfalls Adventure Bus Day Trip . Difficulty: Beginner but fun for all! How it Works: We meet in front of the Main Entrance to Keele TTC Station at 9:00 am or the York Mills TTC Subway Station Kissn' Ride at 9:25am, then depart for Halton Hills. The drive takes about 1 Hour, we'll stop for about 20 minutes before arrival at a Tim Hortons for a Food/Washroom break. Once we arrive at our Start Location we'll get off the bus and start our scenic guided hike to 4 gorgeous Ontario Waterfalls. Along the way we'll stop for a picnic lunch, so don't forget to pack a lunch or pick one up at our Tim Hortons stop. Once we finish our hike, we'll hop back aboard our Adventure Bus and head on back to Toronto! Our Guides will be there to help you every step of the way! We will return at approximately 6:00pm. We enjoy a leisurely 1 hour HorseBack Trail Ride along forested trails. Have you ever ridden a horse in the Spring Time? Great for beginners, or those that simply love HorseBack Riding. 2. Then you get to experience a 2 Hour Guided Canoe Adventure on the Scenic, Slow Moving Humber River. By registering here your payment pays for ONE person. No horseback riding or canoeing experience required. We will be instructing you as to how horseback ride & canoe and you will be accompanied down trails and on the scenic slow moving Humber River by an experienced guide. We’ll spend the day exploring some of the best places to spot moose. In addition we’ll have 2 optional hikes available to 2 scenic lookouts. We will visit The Algonquin Visitor’s Centre to check out their nature & art exhibits, grab some food, and check out the view off of their panoramic lookout deck! About Algonquin Park: Algonquin Park is a Ontario a nature-lover’s paradise: 7,725 km of lakes, rivers, forest, trails, camping, comfortable lodges, 2000 km of canoe routes… It’s also, perhaps the best place in North America to spot moose! There are about 3500 in the park. The best time for spotting them is in May and June. The moose often come right to the roadside. Sodium-depleted from the winter months, moose hang around the highway because of the salty water in roadside ditches and marshes (for a moose, a marsh is like a big salad bowl). Salt is deposited in this area each winter during snow removal. Join us on our scenic Minesing Wetlands Paddling Day Trip! only $99.95 Tax Included: Single Kayak, w/ Guide & Bus What’s Included: - Kayak w/ Paddle, - PFD “Lifejacket” - Guided Paddle from one of our experienced guides - Transportation from Toronto – Keele & York Mills TTC Subway Stations - Light Snack If interested in booking a Canoe seat instead of a kayak, go to the Canoe Minesing event. Hop aboard our Adventure Bus and sit back and relax as we travel north to Ontario’s scenic Minesing Wetlands for our 4-5 hour paddle from Angus to Edenville through the internationally renowned Minesing Wetlands. The Minesing Wetlands paddle is a wonderful spring paddle. It is a slow moving paddle that meanders through forest and marsh where we see a vast variety of migrating and Ontario birds plus a wide variety of wetland wildlife and plants. We’ll be following a section of the same route used by natives for thousands of years to travel from inner Ontario to Georgian Bay! A great way to Exercise, Socialize, and Enjoy Ontario’s Great Outdoors! Difficulty: easy, but if you are new to paddling a boat we recommend that you take a few hours prior to this trip to practice paddling by renting a boat from TorontoAdventures.ca and enjoy a paddle right here in the city of Toronto on the wonderful Humber River, right at the Old Mill TTC Subway Station. PICK-UP & DROP-OFF LOCATIONS: 1. 9am. Keele TTC Station- Right in front of the main entrance on Keele St. 2. 9:25am. York Mills TTC Station Kissn' Ride area, located on Old York Mills Rd., one block south of York Mills and Yonge Street, behind Shell Gas Station Car Wash How it Works: We will pick you up from the Keele TTC Subway Station or the York Mills TTC Subway Staion and then depart for the Minesing Wetlands.
