A hybrid of passive and guided meditation, Discovery Meditation was specifically developed to train the brain to recognize the difference between intuition and imagination. Many find it difficult to decipher if their intuitive experience is truly intuitive or if they have simply made it up. Join Isabeau Esby as she discusses the science and spirituality behind Discovery Meditation. Learn how to feel the difference between true accuracy and story creation. And, with practice, Discovery Meditation will give you quick tools to gain accurate intuitive information for yourself and others!

Isabeau Esby is an internationally known psychic medium who has touched the lives of people all across the world through clearings, readings, teachings, and lectures.
