Climate Summit Variety Show Planning

This is an opportunity to meet for folks who volunteering for the variety show that will be part of the alternative Climate Summit events in San Francisco this September. We will have 1 1/2 hours total to discuss painting backdrop sets, but we could also cover actor call, stage managing, props, sound, lighting, etc., during that time. If you have a variety act (poetry, music, play) you want to add to the show, it would be great to come and share your ideas.
