In this special event James Coplien (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Coplien) will talk about Scaling Agile.

Most agile scaling methods such as SAFe and Scrum@Scale are based on classic hierarchies that trace back to the structure of Bismark’s army. Hierarchy is antithetical to dialogue, and destroys the possibility to achieve many of the goals of agility such as close human connection, teamwork and responsive feedback. Instead of hierarchies, we use hubs to create a network organizational structure that enables an organization to scale while retaining a relatively flat structure. They measurably restore agility to an organization. Scrum practitioners already know hubs as Scrum of Scrums or Birds of a Feather — but we’ve been doing it all wrong.
