Outsmart Stress with Mindfulness on National Stress Awareness Day, 4/16


S-T-R-E-S-S. Stress impacts everyone. It happens when we experience pressure or a situation that exceeds our ability to cope. It's also one of the main sources of wear-and-tear on our spirits, minds, bodies, and relationships. Come to the first #ThrivingMindfully Meetup and experience meditation, deep breathing exercises, and short journaling exercises that will help you explore what causes your stress, how it shows up in your life, and the ways you cope with it. Tips on how to outsmart stress with mindful moments in your daily life at home and work will be provided by mindfulness and yoga teacher Ananda Leeke.
