Come join us for a great evening of talks from the community and companies that create, test and deploy InfluxDB in production.

The evening will have something interesting for both beginners and advanced users of InfluxDB.

For those coming straight from work, pizza and drinks will be provided. Video recordings of the talks will posted shortly after the event for those who cannot join us.

Getting Started with InfluxDB - 30 mins

Technical Level: Beginner

In this tutorial, InfluxDB engineer and trainer Michael Desa will lay the groundwork for working with time series data in InfluxDB and what it makes it unique from document, RDBMS and other datastores. Michael will also cover the fundamentals of how to install and configure InfluxDB.

Getting Started with Chronograf v0.3 - 30 mins

Technical Level: Beginner/Intermediate

In this talk, Chronograf engineer Will Faurot will demonstrate what's new in the v0.3 release. What's Chronograf? It's InfluxDB's native data visualization tool for creating graphs and dashboards.

Intro to the New InfluxDB Storage Engine & What's New in 0.9.5 - 45 mins

Technical Level: Intermediate/Advanced

In this talk, InfluxDB Co-Founder and CEO Paul Dix will talk about the design, performance and storage characteristics of the new InfluxDB storage engine. He'll also cover what's new in the upcoming 0.9.5 release.
