What we’re about

For anyone who is interested in a free, healthy way to workout, get a healthy mind in a healthy body. The sessions are held in a park (any is ok, as long as we can find pull-up bars and parallel bars). Type of training: Bodyweight lifting, pull-ups, dips, push-ups, abs, legs training, cardio training. You can have your own program or follow mine, the idea is to motivate each other when we don't feel like training alone. Beginners are also welcome, as long as you are motivated to train. I usually train in a park nearby Akabane Station (10 minutes walk) 2-3 times a week, feel free to join ;)
