Tri-County Volunteers

Join us for a fun morning at the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County. Using such basic supplies as markers, crayons, glue, paper and scissors, we'll decorate literacy kits that'll be distributed free to local pre-K and kindergarten children to encourage their love of reading. All supplies are provided and no special drawing or craft-making skill is needed. Everyone
is welcome. Take note that we will not be working with children.

Snacks, coffee and water will be provided. The event will begin with a talk about the nonprofit Literacy Coalition, which has provided literacy skills to children, adults and families countywde since 1989.

Join us for a fun afternoon making dental kits for low-income children in Palm Beach County. The kits include toothpaste, toothbrushes and floss, and will help our local youths smile brightly and with confidence. We'll be working assembly-line style.
Snacks, coffee and water will be provided.

Join us for a very special event, the 19th annual Palm Beach County Back to School Bash for needy students grades K-12. By helping prepare them for a new school year you have an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on children who are underprivileged, homeless, at risk of homelessness or in foster care.
There are many positions available. No experience is needed.

The Back to School Bash is a collaborative effort of more than 70 nonprofit
organizations, public agencies, local businesses and funders. It's a multifaceted
event and there's free parking, lunch and refreshments for volunteers.
