Online: What can't you do with Visual Studio Code?
Details
Hi Tucson .Netters,
We hope that this finds you safe and well!
Thanks to all who participated in our May meeting where Alicia covered Machine Learning on Azure and how it could be used to help w/ Covid-19.
This month we'll have a very informal meeting to take a look at Visual Studio Code and all kinds of things that it can do.
I'll talk about and demo a number of related extensions and capabilities and hoping that each of you may share your favorite extensions and why.
There's not much you can't do with VS Code and there are so many cool things that you can do it's well worth talking about and sharing.
We'll touch on Remote Development, Dev Containers, Live Share, Unit testing, Markup editing, Debugging, extensions, GIT integration, Docker and Kubernetes support, VS Code source code and getting started writing VS Code extensions, and more.

================================================================
There are so many hot topics these days and we have a lot to pick from. I'd encourage you to do two things
- consider giving a presentation to the group
- vote on the topics you'd like to see covered for upcoming talks at this link; https://www.meetup.com/Tucson-NET-User-Group/polls/1284099/
We'd like to thank Nate and TEKSystems who normally provide our venue along with food and drink. Nate is focused on C# and .NET and can be contacted to answer any questions on related job opportunities.
