About the Talk:
In this session, we'll explore .NET Aspire, a newly released cloud-native development stack for building production-ready distributed applications. .NET Aspire is a set of libraries, tools, and best practices that help .NET developers build cloud-native applications that are scalable, resilient, and observable. It is designed to work with any cloud provider and is built on top of (but not limited to) the .NET platform, so you can use your existing skills and tools to build modern applications.
Will guide you through:
- What .NET Aspire is and why it matters
- Key features and benefits of .NET Aspire
- How it simplifies cloud-native application development
- Practical demonstrations and use cases
- Understanding that .NET Aspire is not limited to just .NET or Azure
- Getting started with .NET Aspire in your projects
Why a picture of the Veil Nebula?
Mike will share some insight gained while creating a little Astrophotography application he's building with Aspire to help manage raw and processed data. It's using .NET Aspire integrated Azure blob storage for image data, PostgreSQL DB for metadata, Redis for Caching, Rabbit MQ for asynchronous message and background processing and OpenAI for AI based content creation and interactive learning.
Who Should Attend:
This talk is perfect for .NET developers of all levels and anyone interested in modern application development practices.
We hope you'll be able to attend, share some food and drink and have some fun learning and discussing this very interesting topic.
See you there!
