Hello Everyone, I hope you will be able to join us for a relaxing meditation group session on Thursdays.
The weekly mindfulness meditation includes a relaxed sitting for 20 minutes followed by a 5-10 minute group discussion afterwards.
Public, Students, Staff and Instructors are welcome.
Please make sure to dress comfortably. Loose pants are best.
