Zoom Online Laughter and Meditation Classes Join us as we laugh for "no reason" using laughter as exercise and enjoy some of these health and wellness benefits which: Helps reduce stress Strengthens, stretches & lengthen your muscles Increases blood flow and oxygen with breathing and laughing exercises Enhances endorphin levels which can make us feel uplifted & help reduce pain Stimulates the immune, digestive & cardiac systems Helps promote relaxation Allow us to be present in the moment of the laugh-clearing away our mind chatter Creates a fun laughing community! We do laughter exercises for the first part of the class and then flow into Mindfulness Meditation. The laughter exercises help us calm our busy minds and help us move sometimes more easily in silence.
