"Artificial intelligence and UX working hand-in-hand"
Many people are afraid that their jobs will be lost by machine automation. In the field of user experience I am looking at ways to make A.I. our ally to collaborate with and help us make better decisions faster and increase our impact. My main focus today is on emotional A.I.: facial emotion detection and sentiment analysis.
Jan Moons
is a computer scientist, started his career in 1997 at Alcatel-Lucent, moved to Bell Labs later because he wanted to do more research, especially around users. In 2013 together built a remote usability testing platform. In 2018 founded UXpro, a UX consultancy firm, with a strong focus on user research and usability testing. After hours he is working to improve the usability testing platform with A.I. and deep learning.
