Mathias Maisberger (Strategyzer)

Mathias Maisberger will talk about how he managed to fail all the way up from school to his current job at Strategyzer. He learned that failing is no only part of a learning process, but also can improve the quality of your product if you do it in a controlled invironment. In other words: Small systematically failing is great for creating successful products!

Strategyzer is well-known for the business model canvas as well as the value proposition canvas. They work out practical tools to help understanding your customers, design better value propositions, and find the right business model.

Johannes Lehner started to organize Meetups as Regional Representative of the UXPA Austria in 2019. In 2020 he initiated UX Graz, a loose community of UX practitioners, who share the same vision. Johannes is passionate about UX and knows that knowledge and experience exchange helps to improve your own skills as well.
