The language of this meetup will be English.

Some people work from home, some in co-working spaces, and then some from under a palm tree on the ocean shore, what they have in common though is all of them work remotely. But how does a UX person work remotely? What are the challenges and how to cope with them? And what it is like to run an entire company consisting of remote employees? We will try to have a sneak peek into these questions this month with the help of two guests from two quite important companies who run their businesses with an entirely remote team.

Zander Whitehurst: Remote UX Design at Hotjar

Galya Iliev: Remote Culture at Sketch

To match the remote theme both guests will join us remotely via video call, and we will have the opportunity to have Q&A sessions after each talk.

In December and January we conducted the new edition of our UX Népszámlálás survey after two years about the Hungarian UX Designer profession and community. And now, after two months we have the results to show you. On this meetup we will showcase this first hand to you before publishing the content online.

The survey was conducted and results will be showcased by Zoltán Kollin and Csaba Varga.

18:00 Doors open
18:30 Meetup start, speaker talks (we will start sharp!)
20:00 Break
20:30 UX Népszámlálás results
21:00 Meetup finish

After the talks we invite you like always to stay for a drink and some chit-chat. This time we will stay in place at Mosaik for this, so you don't even need to go anywhere. And after these talks and the survey results you definitely will have some topics to talk about. :)

The March edition of the UX Budapest meetup would not be possible without the awesome support of Mosaik Space ( and Exalt Interactive ( Thanks a lot for them for the venue, snacks and drinks!
