Design Leadership in practice at IBM
We are organizing a decidedly practical knowledge-sharing event for you this time. We will work in small groups on various topics that will help you better lead the projects within your areas of responsibility. This includes more effective communication, understanding, and even sharing tools. We will discuss problems and their solutions. If you wish, you can immediately try out the methods you have learned.
This event is for every level of professional, not just seasoned ones. You can be a passive participant, if you can resist being active.
Designated mentors will support us throughout the process. Here, you can find your own voice.
Workshop Highlights
- In design leadership or ownership, how can you engage others in co-creation?
- How can you listen instead of convincing others?
- How can you speak to each stakeholder in their language? Use business language, talking about impact, not the method.
- What types of tools support you in running your project more transparently and in a way that others can better understand and follow
This workshop is designed for designers and anyone involved in product design, offering practical strategies to foster collaboration and drive project success.
