A little bit more about each dishes...
"Saikyo Yaki" is a Japanese traditional technique to marinate fishes. You can apply this technique to different kinds of dishes!
We’ll use “Saikyo Yaki” for “Takikomi Gohan”. It’s great for home party!!
As for “Gin-an Chawan mushi”, you may only find this style of chawan mushi at a very fancy Japanese restaurant even in Japan!! Now you can cook this at home! Yaaaaaay!!! 😀
It’s time for pumpkin! We’ll introduce the most common way of preparing kabocha squash!
The cucumber pickles will refresh your mouth while eating other flavorful dishes.
We hope to see some of the familiar faces and some new people too!
If we don't have at least four people confirmed to attend the event by the end of Wednesday on October 11th, this event will be cancelled.
This session fee will be $48/person. Space is limited to 8 participants (a gentle reminder that there are no refunds after a week before the event date).
The class will last around 3 hours. So, you'll still have a whole afternoon to enjoy the weekend :D
Looking forward to our culinary adventure with you!
