Hi,

Our next cooking class will be "Chirashi Sushi" on Sunday Dec. 3rd, starting at 3:30pm. The event will take place in Santa Clara, and the location will be sent to those who sign up 2 or 3 days prior to the event date.

Party season is here! So let's cook dishes for parties or special occasions!

What we will learn in the event are below:

Chirashi Sushi (De-constructed sushi)

Chirashi is served at sushi restaurants in Japan, featuring flavored rice and lots of delicious toppings. We will cook the fish and veggies using a variety of techniques, packing flavor into each bite. Chirashi Sushi is really special for us!

Seafood Mochi Soup

We will make our own seafood mochi. You can enjoy it as is, or put the mochi into dashi soup which will be full of umami flavor, turning the mochi into a fancy Kaiseki-style dish.

We are looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and some new ones too!

If we don't have at least four people confirmed to attend the event by the end of Wednesday on November 30th, this event will be cancelled.

This session fee will be $58/person. Space is limited to 8 participants (a gentle reminder that there are no refunds after 3 days before the event date). The fee is $10 more than usual due to the high cost of sashimi, but it's well worth it!

The class will last around 3 hours.
