"Matcha sweets" in the afternoon

Hi,
Our next cooking/baking class will be "Matcha sweets" on Saturday April 28th, starting at 2:00pm. The event will take place in Santa Clara, and the location will be sent to those who sign up.
This is our second time to have Matcha sweets class and it was a big hit last time! The combination of the slight bitterness of matcha green tea, the sweetness and the rich cream is heavenly.

"Matcha and Strawberry Parfait"
We found that matcha and strawberry are great combination of bitter, sour and sweet. We will make matcha custard pudding without gelatin (with a secret ingredient) and strawberry ice cream then construct them together as a lovely parfait.
"matcha chiffon cake"
Matcha chiffon cake is a Japanese style chiffon cake which is super fluffy and moist. You may feel like you're eating a cloud! Matcha chiffon cake is harder to make tasty and fluffy than plane chiffon cake but we put a secret ingredient to make it perfect!

We hope to see some of the familiar faces and some new people too!
If we don't have at least two people confirmed to attend the event by the end of Wednesday on April 25th, this event will be cancelled.
This session fee will be $48/person. Space is limited to 10 participants (a gentle reminder that there are no refunds after a week before the event date).
The class will last around 2.5 hours.
