3.12.20 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Our first goal in our response to the coronavirus pandemic is the safety of you our community members, and all the people around us. It is for this reason, that we have complied with the recommendations from Harris County and closed our campus for the time being. All campus classes, events, and activities have been cancelled until further notice, including the closure of public services. These actions we are taking are not out of fear, but out of love. We want to do all we can to stop the spread of the virus. Please visit our Facebook Page or UnityHouston.org for updates on our reopening and the continuation of programming.

Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. in the Unity pyramid we offer a variety of gatherings such as sound immersions, drum circles, tai chi, reiki, integrative breathing, and special seasonal events. Each event provides a space of relaxation, acceptance, healing, and transformation. We take a playful approach to recharging, uplifting, and expanding awareness. Everyone is welcome. Whether you want to get centered in quiet harmony or enjoy meeting new people and finding your tribe, you’re invited to create the space in which we thrive.
