Unity of Houston offers uplifting and practical teachings that support well-being. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome at Unity. From a foundation of New-Thought Christianity, we emphasize our Oneness with the Divine and honor ancient universal wisdom and new scientific discoveries.
Our Sunday service is at 11 a.m. Our Spanish service is at 9:45 a.m. Our Midweek at Unity gatherings are on Wednesdays at 7 pm in the Pyramid and feature a variety of experiential activities. Unity of Houston is part of a worldwide movement that was founded in 1889 by Charles and Myrtle Fillmore in Kansas City, Missouri.

Sound Healing with Mystic Village
Unity of Houston Sanctuary, 2929 Unity Dr, Houston, TX, USWith singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments, Thanet and Emilie create space for relaxation, healing, and transformation. Each event is a unique sound immersion for well-being. Bring a blanket or yoga mat if you wish, or enjoy from one of the chairs.
This gathering is normally in the Sanctuary now (the tall white building). Occasionally we're in the Pyramid at the other end of the campus. Look for signs please.

TranscenDance Conscious Movement

In a conscious movement circle you can experience the joy, fun, and peace of a collective sea of we that arises when we move together. No experience necessary and no steps to learn. You honor your body and go at your own pace, even from a chair. Mary will guide us in a 40-minute journey with a blend of spiritual, joyful, and soulful beats. We'll close with a 20-minute sound bath and meditation.
Mary blends fun and contemplative experiences as a seeker and facilitator of awe experiences for communities. In leadership roles for museums across the country, she has helped people of all ages connect with the awe and wonder of our universe. Mary is a licensed spiritual practitioner with Agape International Spiritual Center and has facilitated conscious dance and many joyful rituals in California, Houston, and online.

Each event provides a space of relaxation, acceptance, healing, and transformation. We take a playful approach to recharging, uplifting, and expanding awareness. Everyone is welcome. Whether you want to get centered in quiet harmony or enjoy meeting new people and finding your tribe, you’re invited to create the space in which we thrive.
