TNT - Tuesday Night Track

Hello People,
The fourth Tuesday of the month is Tempo Night. Given the fact that the forecast looks particularly chilly this should work out well. In a tempo run we keep the body's furnace stoked, never pausing to let in the chill.
So the workout is:
o 1 mile warmup
o 25-30 minutes tempo
o warm down
25-30 minutes is a bit longer then usual. I actually want you a bit sub- normal tempo pace. I'll talk about this when we met.
Tempo pace is how you would race a 10 mile race.
