800m @ 5k pace
300m @ fast pace
200m FLOAT (a float means not recovery, it means a steady state pace, I will explain).
then you go right back to the 800m again. 2-4 x
So the only time for recovery is the 400m. That's IT.
So, basically this is a 1700m workout with different pacing. It's one of my favorite and most challenging.
