In this talk we'll explore the brand new React hooks API, it's use cases and how to mix it with supporting functionality like Context and Refs to achieve clean, light-weight state management in various React components.
Speaker: Steve Venzerul
Steve is a software architect with a particular love for all things Web, JavaScript and Node.js. With over 12 years of software development experience, he believes that curious people and clean architectures are the key to success in creating software that people will want. He is one of the organizers of the JS Montreal meet-up and volunteers at the ConFoo developer conference. Steve also loves motorcycles, nature photography and sometimes a combination of both.
