A Soul Sister Women's Circle - How We Love
·OnlineOnlineAre you ready to have a soulful experience with the sisterhood?
Our souls crave community, crave that nurturing energy that the feminine brings.
And our spirits long for soulful opportunities to slow down and process all the experiences, thoughts, emotions etc, that come with being a human being.
We need that space where we can remove the mask of perfection we seem to think is necessary to wear and simply explore the topics that are important to the growth and care of our spirit! We need that space to simply be, to be encouraged, supported, understood, heard and seen.
In this month’s Soul Sister Women’s Circle, we’re exploring love in a different way — not as something to earn, perform, or hold together…
but as something we can experience without leaving ourselves behind.
This is not about fixing your relationships.
It’s not about figuring everything out.
It’s about noticing how you show up in connection —
especially when you feel afraid of losing closeness, unseen, or overwhelmed —
and learning how to stay rooted in yourself through it all.Together, we will:
🌿 Gently ground into the body and notice what’s present
🌀 Explore the patterns we learned to stay connected — with compassion, not judgment
📝 Reflect on where we lose ourselves in relationships
💛 Name what we confuse with love that is actually fear or habit
🔥 Tune into what secure love feels like in the body
✨ Practice staying connected to ourselves while staying open to othersThink cozy, low-pressure, heart-safe energy.
Think warm drinks, soft lighting, deep breaths, and women gathering to be honest — not perfect. If you love deeply but sometimes feel anxious, drained, or disconnected…
If you notice patterns of over-giving, people-pleasing, fixing, or pulling away…
If you’re craving a softer, more secure way of relating — to others and to yourself…
You are so welcome here.
Come exactly as you are.Leave with greater self-understanding, a felt sense of emotional safety, and gentle tools to help you love — without losing yourself. 💛
(Please be aware that I will request that cameras be on - but feel free to come as you are!)

This event is hosted by Meg Heppner
Meg is a Life Coach, Women’s Circle Facilitator and the host of The Art If Being H(YOU)man podcast. She is passionate about walking with people who want more out of life than just the status quo!
She believes that life doesn’t have to work out exactly the way we think it “should” in order to be enjoyed and that people don’t have to be perfect in order to be loved.
She believes that we all have the voice of truth inside of us but sometimes it can be hard to hear.
And most importantly that we must live between the tension of accepting the things we cannot change and taking massive action on the things we can!
Meg creates spaces where women can slow down and process all the things that are influencing and controlling their lives - their everyday thoughts, emotions, and the stories they have been telling themselves.
Spaces where they can look at their inner world, gain valuable insight and then reclaim their personal authority, and make conscious decisions that transform the way they experience their lives!
Through one on one coaching and sacred feminine circles, Meg helps women show up in the world with more love, and less ego, more compassion, and less judgment, more vulnerability, and less shame, more emotional agility and less fear!

Stop Struggling to Survive, How to Expect Miracles to Thrive
·OnlineOnlineLife is unnecessarily difficult when we hold onto something that isn’t right for us. Instead of just letting go what doesn’t work, we may think that life itself is the problem and it’s just too hard. But the Universe isn’t broken and the divine Source is always with us. In fact, the entire system of existence is designed to give everyone whatever they need to thrive in joy forever. So, if all Creation is built for healthy happiness, why is there so much struggle and suffering in the human world? Join us this Sunday March 15, 2026, for a free empowering talk on the origins of suffering and why miraculous gifts of life are the default that we need to be expecting.
It’s vital to realize that everything can be used for positive or negative outcomes. Positive is the direction of more love, with all the help you need to make life easy, fun and wonderful. Negative is the direction of less love, with non-solutions that will cause you to fail followed by lies that say it's all your fault, you're so bad, it's hopeless, give up. The goal of negativity is simple: hurt you any way it can so that you will stop functioning. There are many ways to break something, and often only one best way to do it right. Life is direct and efficient this way, while negativity is obvious in its failings.
A negative society doesn't want strong individuals, it wants weak followers and slaves. That's because negativity is so weak that it doesn't trust any higher power than itself. In the Bible story, Lucifer wanted to be God, so God gave him a pit of hell to rule. Many suckers followed Lucifer down into the endless suffering that comes from refusing higher assistance. Religion is just early psychology, so Lucifer shows the personality disorders that drive cruel narcissistic behaviors. This usually comes from childhood abuse that causes a person to shut down their feelings and go into a survival mode of opportunistic controlling and bullying, all within a continual victimhood. In a negative society there are many roles to play for who is the weak victim of violence and who looks powerful. To forgive with compassion, we can see through the dramas to realize everyone is suffering inside.
Since the negativity on Earth is so advanced these days, with many layers of war, pollution, deprivation and corruption, it is easy to think that life itself is bad and must be fixed somehow. There are many well-intentioned people who exhaust themselves in dramatic battles for justice and struggles to make the world a better place. Justice warriors might succeed if it were true that life is broken, but it's not. All the divine guidance we will ever need to live well is always offered to us. The real villain behind suffering is false negative beliefs. When you misuse what you have due to wrong ideas, you fail with increasing pain and suffering. It's like having a fabulous car and not driving it correctly. Some people never get out of the driveway of life, others just keep crashing on the highway. The solution is simple. Learn how life really works so you can drive yourself to paradise!
To prepare for this meetup, recall where you struggle and suffer in your life. Pain is separation from what we need to be happy. Problems cause temporary pain until a solution is found. But false beliefs make us blind to solutions, causing endless pain which is suffering. Human beings automatically adapt to suffering and find ways to survive, including addictions to numb the pain and toxic relationships to stay distracted and have someone to blame. Negative society makes many rules and judgments for who is bad to be punished and who is good to be rewarded.
Struggle is unnatural, since the true nature of the Universe is to freely give us miracles of divine guidance and solutions. Miracles would come to us all the time, but usually people only allow them when they’re desperate enough. Can you recall a time when you felt hopeless, ready to smash things in frustration or collapse in despair, and then suddenly a miracle appeared? Celebrate that feeling, let it grow in the truth of your own life!
After check-ins to share and relate, I’ll explain where problems come from and how to handle the emotions like self-pity and shame that keep us stuck in suffering. We’ll learn to identify false negative beliefs and take steps to release them for the truths of an easy love-filled life. We’ll conclude with a guided meditation to meet with our higher self and exchange gifts of the love that makes life truly wonderful.
Welcome! Our Inner Selves Mastery spiritual support group is free online every Sunday 11am-130pm EDT, with the last 30 minutes for a guided meditation. If you can’t stay you can get the recording. A Soul Sister Women's Circle - Healing the Wounds We Carry
·OnlineOnlineAre you ready to have a soulful experience with the sisterhood?

We need that space where we can remove the mask of perfection we seem to think is necessary to wear and simply explore the topics that are important to the growth and care of our spirit! We need that space to simply be, to be encouraged, supported, understood, heard and seen.
In this women’s circle, we will explore how our earliest relationships helped form the patterns we still carry today.
Inspired by The Origins of You by Vienna Pharaon, this gathering invites us to reflect on the wounds, roles, beliefs, and survival strategies we developed in order to belong, stay safe, or be loved.
Together, we will gently explore:
- the emotional patterns we learned in childhood
- the roles we took on in our families
- the beliefs we formed about love, safety, and worth
- the ways those patterns still show up in our lives and relationships
- what healing, awareness, and self-return can look like now
This is a space for honesty, compassion, and reflection.
Not to fix ourselves — but to understand ourselves more deeply.(Please be aware that I will request that cameras be on - but feel free to come as you are!)
