June Movie Night: Fed-Up

We are going to see the movie Fed Up at Regal Cinemas (Great Hills Trail, NW Austin). The movie starts at 7:50 and the run time is 92 minutes. After the movie, for those who want to get a late bite to eat, we'll head over to Kerbey Lane Cafe (13435 U. S. 183 #415) to snack and discuss the movie. If you can't come for the movie but still want to meet up, feel free to join us there starting at 9:45.

Stephanie Soechtig's documentary Fed Up, hosted by Katie Couric, presents the case that the food industry and the government have acted together in order to manipulate the eating habits of America. The movie is rated PG 13.

Our meetups are very relaxed and informal, and we welcome everyone, including families, children, new vegetarians and vegans, the "veg-curious."
