Hello Vegas Programmers,

We are partnering again with Tech Alley for our next in-person meetup happening in Downtown Las Vegas. Our meetup will be held at the Artiface! This venue holds a ton of people so tell your friends and co-workers to come out to this awesome local tech meetup to share knowledge, food, drinks, and prizes.

If you weren't able to see us at the last few Tech Alley Events, be sure to come down Saturday August 21st at 2pm for the Vegas Programmers monthly meetup. Tech Alley starts at 10am if you want to get our earlier and network plus see other great presentations before our meetup.

In this meetup, we have Joshua Copeland with Remote Dev Force speaking on "Becoming a Bug Exterminator"

"""
Have you struggled setting up XDebug or finding out what's wrong on Production? If the answer is yes then this talk is for you! We will cover how XDebug works, Debugging in PHPStorm or VS Code, advanced features of XDebug, what has changed from XDebug version 2 to 3, debugging javascript, framework debug toolbars, common pitfalls using XDebug & Docker, war stories from my experience with production issues, SASS products to help you get more insight into your application, monitoring, logging, and much more. By the end, you will know all the secrets of how to become a Bug Exterminator.
"""

After that, we will be going into Demos! If you have something you built that you would like to show off or get feedback on, this is the place to do that!

At the end, we will be raffling off two prizes! We will be giving away a free 1 year JetBrains license for PHPStorm and a 1 month subscription to SymfonyCasts. Must be present to win!

All CDC and health guidelines must be followed and kindly ask our attendees to wear a mask. If you are experiencing high fever/cough or you are not vaccinated, we ask that you stay home. Email me at Josh@RemoteDevForce.com if you want to stream the talk later if you did miss it.
