This group is about people getting together who share a common interest in learning about healthy, locally grown food, compassionate eating, helping the environment, and improving their overall health. We host a potluck supper once a month. All foods brought must be vegan, and copies of recipes are encouraged to be shared. Due to our diverse membership, we also encourage members to post events that might interest others in the group. This may include activism activities, dine-outs at restaurants, community events, outdoor activities, child play-dates, etc. Please join us in this casual, welcoming group--whether you have been a vegan all your life or someone who is just curious about incorporating more plant-based foods into your diet.
