What we're about

Vegetarians of Central Florida (VegCF) was founded in 2003. The goal of VegCF is to encourage and support vegetarians and vegans and those in transition to be in Central Florida. Please visit our website at www.VegCF.org. VegCF organizes Central Florida Veg Fest (www.CFVegFest.org) in the fall and Central Florida Earth Day (www.CFEarthDay.org) in the spring.

July Veggie Meetup

Loving Hut

We're going back to one of our favorite vegan restaurants. The place is Loving Hut, and the menu is Asian fusion.

VegCF First Monday Vegan Potluck

First Unitarian Church of Orlando

Please join us the first Monday of every month for a vegan potluck! Everyone is invited! This is a GREAT way to introduce your veg-curious friends to the delights of homemade vegan cuisine. Join us with a covered vegan dish in the community room (library) of the First Unitarian Church of Orlando. There is no cost if you take a dish, but we ask for a $10 donation if you do not take a dish. Please take a complete ingredient list (and the recipe instructions if you care to share them), and please be sure that your dish is vegan (no animal products or byproducts). If you know what you plan to make, please list it in your RSVP, so we can plan for a good variety of food.

Sunday Supper at South

Market on South

Join us for a bimonthly Sunday Supper at Market on South (http://www.marketonsouth.com)! The restaurant consists of Dixie Dharma, The Vegan Hot Dog Cart, and Valhalla Bakery. Our suppers will be the third Sunday of the month at 4:00 p.m. in even-numbered months (we will be going to Ethos for brunch on the third Sunday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in odd-numbered months). Hope to see you there!
