What we're about

This group is dedicated to creating and maintaining trails in the Town of Victor, NY. These trails are open to the public - check out http://victorhikingtrails.org/vhtmap.php . Additionally, the group leads hikes that anyone may attend. Want to build a bridge, construct a boardwalk or chase down invasive species? These activities and much more will also be posted here as well as on the VHT calendar - http://victorhikingtrails.org/vhtcal.php . Join us and explore the outdoors with a group dedicated to getting ourselves and others in touch with nature on many levels.

Wednesday Night Maintenance - Fishers Park

Fishers Park

We will be mowing and trimming the trails that the Town's equipment cannot get to. We meet in the Main Street Fishers parking area that is just west of the intersection of Fishers Rd. Social distancing will still probably be in place so wear a mask if you are working close to one another. If you do not bring gloves and a mask reusable PPE will be provided - please put in the black bucket at the end of the session so they can be cleaned before the next session. Restaurants have reopened and we usually head to one after our sessions for refreshments, food and camaraderie. Again the NYS/CDC covid-19 recommendation will apply to varying degree depending on the venue, etc.
