Do you have stress or pain? Are you looking for a way to live your life with more peace? One of the commonest causes of physical problems is underlying stress! What goes on in the mind influences the body!

Mindfulness meditation has been scientifically demonstrated to be helpful in stress, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, coping with cancer etc.

WTM is a group created in September 2015 to provide teaching and practice in mindfulness and meditation. It is a secular group with no religious affiliation.

It was created by a group of dedicated practitioners who felt there was a need to help people who want some help with their pain and suffering. The teachings are free. We meet twice a month in the evening from 715 to 915 pm. It is suitable for people of all levels of experience. We start the evening with a meditation, followed by a tea break and then a talk on some aspect of mindfulness and meditation. The speakers are local who have an interest in this practice. If you have ever wanted to meditate come and learn. If you want a community to support your practice please join us.
