Join Northeastern University's WEST chapter for an engaging panel discussion and networking event in collaboration with the broader WEST organization!
Hear from accomplished women in STEM working across biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, drug discovery, computational biology, and data science as they share insights into their career journeys, industry experiences, and leadership in STEM. This event offers an opportunity to learn from professionals navigating diverse scientific and technical fields, gain perspectives on career development, and connect with women across the broader WEST community.
Following the panel, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session and network with fellow students, WEST members, and professionals.

Panelist Bios
Daisy Lam-McMahon is a regulatory affairs professional with a background spanning biomedical research, gene editing research, and CMC regulatory strategy. At Beam Therapeutics, she supports global regulatory dossiers for genomic medicines and cell therapies, evaluates CMC changes, and contributes to regulatory processes and submissions. She holds a master’s degree in Biomedical Forensic Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine and a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Miami.
