Google Analytics

Riley Haas is doing the first of three sessions on Google Analytics. That's right, we're starting at the beginning and walking through Google Analytics all the way through to setting goals and getting results.

This Saturday, join us as Riley walks us through

• Setting up your Google Analytics account

• Why you need a Google Analytics account

• What Google Analytics does for you

In Session #2 Riley shows us Webmaster Tools and Google Search Console. Then Session #3 is when we look at setting goals and getting results.

Be sure to arrive a few minutes early so you can get connected to the internet before Riley starts the show.

Stick around when he's done so we can answer questions - whether it's about Google Analytics or any WordPress related issue.

Mini After-Party

When the Meetup is finished, we retire to Shoeless Joe's; a nearby pub. It's an opportunity to relax and chat before heading home.

Our Objectives

We have two primary objectives for this group:

1. Help business owners grow their business using WordPress and all the tools that connect with it.

2. Develop local speakers for WP-TO and Word Camp TO.

I enthusiastically support the WordPress model. That is, providing excellent value and content that attracts people to do business with us. If you're wondering how to approach self-promotion at a WordPress event, please consider this quote from Zig Ziglar:

"You can have everything you want in life if you will just help enough other people get what they want."

This is NOT a leads group.

If your primary objective is to sell something, this isn't the group for you.
