This is the first of session of a new sub-group for people who use WordPress professionally and know their way around themes, plugins and so on. Part of each session will be a presentation with open discussion amongst peers. The other part will be a discussion of WordPress from the front lines in which we share our knowledge and experiences.
Sessions will initially be held in Bloor-West Village or west Etobicoke on Sundays evenings.
If you would like to attend but find the day or time inconvenient, let us know so we can plan accordingly.
By the end of the third monthly session, we'll know whether there is sufficient interest amongst pros to continue this sub-group and develop the next set of session topics.
We welcome anyone who wishes to contribute to a topic with a 10 minute lightning talk. For each session, we'll be looking for people to contribute their knowhow and experience.
We've published a post, WordPress Pros topics for first 3 Meetup sessions | WPToronto (http://wptoronto.com/2017/03/wp-pro-topics-first-3-sessions/), with a list of topics from which we'll organize the second and third sessions. Comments are welcome.
