Additionally, women may have a more collaborative approach to investing and may be more open to seeking advice and working with others to achieve their investment goals.

Moreover, women tend to be more focused on creating stable, long-term investments that can generate consistent income streams. Real estate is often seen as a reliable asset class for generating passive income and building wealth over time, which may appeal to women who value financial security.

Ashley started investing in real estate in 2009 and has been involved in over $100 million in transactions within both single and multifamily real estate across over 1,500 units. In 2022, Ashley was a ConnectCRE Award Recipient. Ashley also serves on the Penn State Real Estate Board. When Ashley is not working on her businesses, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and their two daughters. Additionally, Ashley enjoys competing with her horses.
