“Members of this community  will forge friendships around their interest in and enjoyment of wine. We will tour the world through our enjoyment of wine and learn about pairing wines with food. We will prioritize enjoyment over knowledge. Newbies to and veterans of the science of cultivating grapes (viticulture) and the study of wine and wine-making (enology) are welcome. We will host periodic, informal wine events in members’ homes and in partnership with local merchants.”
