It can be helpful and enlightening to share our dreams with others. It may be from the past, recent, or one that you had last night while sleeping. It may be a daydream that you had.
We will do some interesting dream exercises, so have pen and paper ready and we will also dive into a dream meditation.

Elisabeth Black has been a dreamwalker since she was a little girl. She remembers a dream at four years old where she was called out to offer healing energy to a child in pain. Since then, she has taught dream workshops and attended them both on this plane and on others via the dreamworld. She has done astral traveling, healing dream work, precognitive dreaming, and lucid dreaming.
