Introduction to Drumming or Rattling for Journeying

Start time: 5:30pm PDT/AZ 8:30pm EDT 1 hour circle

Do you have a drum or rattle that wants to be played? Do you want to enhance your ability to drum and/or rattle consistently for longer periods of time so you can feel entranced and expand your consciousness? If so, please join me for this online circle.

Whether your drum or rattle is an old and trusted friend, or you are a beginner, come and practice in a private and supportive environment.

This circle focuses on a consistent rhythm that easily creates a trance/altered state, perfect for meditation and "journeying".

You do not need inner world journeying or rhythm making experience. Quynn offers short opportunities for you to practice making rhythm in your own space, in different ways/for different intentions. If you do not have a drum or rattle, you can use two sticks, or create a rattle by putting rice/pebbles in a pill bottle.
