Release, Re-center and Relax-Sound Journey Circle

During this extremely challenging time, this online circle is a rejuvenating space to receive Earth honoring self-care through divination, and a relaxing and activating soundscape (a combo of rattle, singing bowl and drum with a variety of nature sounds) created by Quynn Red Mountain, where you can journey, meditate, drift and loosen your mind. After a long week, it is important to release stress and recenter with the sacred web of life. Take this time to rest, relax and listen within. This circle can be helpful for those in recovery or are struggling in the current moment.
