Let's rejuvenate ourselves learning Wild Goose Qigong V (Soft Palms Qigong) at Portal Park this summer.
Wild Goose Qigong is a complete Medical Qigong system from China, based upon ancient principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The easy-to-learn flowing Qigong movements help us integrate awareness and breathing, to move joints in a circular, spiral and gentle way to ease our body, mind and spirit. This improves immunity, joint mobility, relieves pain and relaxes us for better sleep and wellness. Beginners welcome!
