ONLINE MEET: Pain Free with Wild Goose Qigong- Sensory Motor Awareness Training

Medical Qigong is an ancient healing system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. By integrating gentle circular, non-impact movements with guiding breathing and awareness training, Qigong calms the mind, body and spirit to increase inner healing on a deep level.

The Wild Goose Qigong System hails from the Kunlun Mountains of China and is almost 2000 years old. The simple, easy-to-learn, delightful, and rhythmic movements mimick that of the lovely wild geese.

Students will learn movement skills from elements of the Wild Goose Qigong system that gently relaxes the body, calms the heart-mind, spirit and emotions to increase mental clarity and focus. By learning to be aware of one's own sensations, physical movements and energy field, this Qigong system restores and revitalizes one's sensory motor awareness of the connection of our energy field with that of the Universal energy space. The aim is to restore healing on a deep inner level.

Beginners and experienced movement practitioners of all backgrounds welcome!

ONLINE MEET: Wild Goose VI Qigong - Patting Meridians & Bagua Steps

Medical Qigong is a healing system based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. By integrating gentle circular, non-impact movements with guided breathing and awareness training, Qigong improves mental and emotional clarity, relaxes yet strengthens the body and spirit to increase inner healing on a deep level.

The Wild Goose Qigong System is a 2000 year old therapeutic Qigong system from the Kunlun Mountains of China. The simple, easy-to-learn, delightful, and rhythmic movements mimick that of the lovely wild geese.

Students will first learn a general self-patting routine to relax and invigorate the body and ready one's inner psyche and emotions to refocus and begin to calm down. Next, the systematized Wild Goose Qigong patting method is introduced, as well as a basic understanding of the meridian lines being relaxed and stimulated by this structured patting method.

The Wild Goose Kunlun BaGua walking technique is then introduced at the end of the WGQG VI form, to help the body to stabilize, relax and balance the body's Qi flow. Students will be able to apply these self-patting methods immediately after the first class to help in their healing process, and feel happier, energized and revitalized with regular practice.

Beginners and experienced movement practitioners of all backgrounds welcome!
