The Wim Hof method is based on three distinct pillars: breathing exercises, cold exposure, and meditation. This group is for anyone who wants to learn more about the method and join others in practicing the method. We meet routinely and have some of the most kind and loving members you'll ever meet. There is no cost, but bringing a towel, yoga mat, swim suit, and dry clothes to change into is recommended.

Boulder Creek Breathing Exercises and Cold Water Immersion

Join us for breathing exercises and cold water immersion in the Boulder Creek. We will cover the basics first, then start the breathing exercises, jump in the creek for a minimum of a minute, and finish with some exercises to warm up our body temperature. There is no cost, but please bring a towel, yoga mat, swim suit, and dry clothes.

Golden Clear Breathing and Cold Water Immersion

Location visible to members

Time: Sunday 12:00 Noon Fee: $10-$15 sliding scale Join us for breathing exercises, cold water immersion and mindfulness practices at Clear Creek River in Golden. We will cover the basics first, observe respiration, practice breathing techniques and then jump in the creek for a minimum of a minute and finish with some body movement to drumming, screaming and hugs to warm up our body temperature. Please bring a towel, swim suit, dry clothes and smiles. Lorena brings 14 years of experience in yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices. She has a 500 Hour Yoga certification. Attended 3 - 10 day Vipassana Silent Meditation courses. She is self taught in Cold Water Immersion. Her yoga practice includes Kundalini, Hatha, Yin, Restorative. She believes we can all tap into the power of our minds, our true potential can be explored by going within.
