Workshop: The Currency of Influence
Influencing others to take collective action toward common goals is a key workplace skill. For women shaping the field of big data, influencing skills are critical to building and sustaining successful relationships among a diverse group of stakeholders.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the different levers of influence available to you, assess when and why you would use them, and apply this learning to a situation where you need to change minds, shape opinions, or inspire others to act.
