Yoga Nidra is a powerful lying down meditation where the body goes the sleep, but the mind is still awake. You will be guided through a powerful meditation that will relax your entire body and mind. We usually start with a few minutes of asana (exercise) yoga to get the body moving. Then, you get to lie down for the rest of class and just relax! We will also talk about powerful strategies for calming the mind and easing stress.
