What we're about
Our group is mainly focused on bringing you the benefits of Hatha yoga. Hatha yoga is a traditional and classical style that focuses on finding alignment in each asana between strength and flexibility. Each pose will be held for several breaths to give your body and mind time to adjust and find balance. Whether you are interested in a more invigorating practice, or a more meditative and focused one, this group will help you get there as Hatha yoga combines the best of both worlds.
A bit about me - Hello - I'm Aparna. I have been doing yoga for the past 9 years, and with time, I have begun to really delve deep into the expansive world that is Yoga. This shift is thanks to the wonderful teachers I have had thus far. After completing my 230-hour training under Susan Jackson, I am truly honored and thrilled to bring you all the benefits of the Yoga experience. Yoga has helped me become calmer, happier, stronger, and more inquisitive about finding inner peace. Thank you for stopping by and checking our page.
