Yoga in the Park – Denver is a grassroots community that brings together like-minded yogis who love practicing in the tranquility of nature, all while making yoga accessible to everyone, no matter the experience level or financial position. Enjoy vinyasa-style yoga flows that will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and connected to nature. Yoga in the Park classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga and are 100% donation-based! You can expect a nice balance of meditation, breathing techniques, active standing sequences, and gentle restorative poses. Modifications are always offered to help you find the right amount of challenge and ease for your practice.
