What we're about
Hi friends! Interested in practicing yoga in the tranquility of nature, without paying insane studio prices? This is the right group for you! Join us and enjoy balanced, gentle vinyasa-style yoga flows that will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and connected to nature. Yoga in the Park classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga and are 100% donation-based! You can expect a nice balance of meditation, pranayama (breath work), active standing sequences, and gentle restorative poses. Modifications are always offered to help you find the right amount of challenge and ease for your practice.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or towel (sometimes the grass is a little damp or muddy)
• Positive and open mindset :)
