The Yokohama Vegan Meetup is an information and networking resource for vegans and the “vegi-curious” who want to enjoy a healthier and more humane lifestyle. It is an all-volunteer group that relies on the participation and support of people who want to create positive change in Yokohama and surrounding region. Please join us!
横浜ヴィーガンミートアップは横浜周辺でヴィーガン、ベジタリアンまたは菜食に興味のある人たち向けにヴィーガン（完全菜食主義）の食事会を開催しているグループです。
まだまだ日本にはベジタリアンは少ないですが、ベジタリアンの友達が欲しい方、ベジタリアンと交流したい方、ヴィーガンの食事に興味のある方はぜひ一度参加してみてください。
月に一回のペースで2016年から活動しています。
普段は横浜周辺のレストランで食事会を開催していますが、夏には由比ガ浜で海水浴のイベントを開催したり、バーベキューもやったりしています。友達もたくさんできますよ。
とても楽しいグループですからぜひ一度参加してみてください。

Hello everyone.
Yokohama Vegan Meetup is planning an event to make your summer a memorable one.
We are going to have a meetup at Thai restaurant right next to Yuigahama beach, which we have held in the past.And afterwards, we would like to go directly to Yuigahama beach right in front of the restaurant and have a relaxing after-party with drinks.
There is no reason why it can't be fun to have a party on the beach in the summer with drinks and fun with everyone.At the beach, we would like to have each person order their favorite drink and pay separately.
Fee 3300 Yen
Please note that alcohol is not allowed on the beach except in designated areas.
Also, please do not swim while drinking alcohol, as it is very dangerous.
Of course, swimsuits are welcome.We look forward to your participation.
NOTE
Whenever we host meetups, there are always some no-shows,
sometimes we have to pay for the no-shows as well.
We are having a hard time with this.
We kindly ask you to refrain from last minute cancellations and no-shows, except for unavoidable reasons.
I will send a message to those who are attending this event,
please read and respond to it for confirmation.
If we do not receive a reply, we may cancel your application.

だんだんと夏も近づいてきました。
今年も恒例のビーチでのパーティを行いたいと思います。
今年は由比ガ浜のすぐそばにあるタイ村889で行います。
ここは南国の雰囲気のレストランで、料理はとてもおいしいですよ。そのあとはそのまま目の前の由比ガ浜に行って、ゆっくりとお酒を飲みながら二次会をしたいと思います。一次会だけの参加もOKです。
夏のビーチでお酒を飲みながらみんなと楽しくパーティをすれば楽しくないわけはありませんね。料金はランチが3300円です。（ワンドリンク付き）
ビーチではそれぞれお好きなものをオーダーしてください。ビーチでは指定された場所以外ではお酒は飲めませんので、ご了承ください。
また、お酒を飲んでの遊泳は非常に危険ですからおやめください。
もちろん水着も歓迎です。

Oriental vegan lunch party

8月のミートアップは北鎌倉駅のそばにあるこじんまりとしたヴィーガンの台湾料理店、一素茶庵（こちら）で行いたいと思います。
このお店では肉魚乳卵を一切使用しておらず、台湾素食の知恵を導入し、身体に低負担の食事が日本でも手軽に楽しめるよう目指しているそうです。
料理は素朴な味付けながら品数が多く豪華でした。
お店は古民家をそのまま使用したようなとても趣のある雰囲気です。
今回はヴィーガンのセットを提供してもらいます。
料金は2800円です。
お店があまり大きくないので18名までの募集とし、貸し切りにさせてもらいます。台湾の五葷抜きのヴィーガン料理を楽しみましょう。

The March meetup will be held at Isso Chaan, a cozy vegan Taiwanese restaurant located near Kita-Kamakura Station.
The restaurant uses no meat, fish, dairy, or eggs, and incorporates the wisdom of Taiwanese vegetarian cuisine to offer meals that are gentle on the body and easy to enjoy here in Japan.
The dishes are simple in seasoning yet beautifully prepared.
The restaurant has a charming atmosphere, as it makes use of a traditional Japanese-style house.
For this event, the restaurant will prepare a special vegan set meal for us.
The price is 2,800 yen.
Since the restaurant is quite small, we will limit the event to 18 participants and reserve the entire space.

For our meetups, we inform the restaurant of the number of participants in advance so they can prepare the appropriate amount of food.
Unfortunately, we often have no-shows at our events, and in some cases we end up having to pay for the meals of those who do not attend, which causes significant difficulties.
Except for unavoidable circumstances, please refrain from last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
